At Dr. Tijo’s, we strive to give you the best shopping possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we can’t accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
Dr. Tijo’s is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
All claims of shortages or damages must be reported to customer care mobile number +91 8301902036 within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photograph of the product. Our team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. You can send photograph of the product to [email protected]
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sealed condition with the original receipt /tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to the following terms:
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Dr. Tijo’s
- Damages due to neglect,improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy
- Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7 to 21 business days
- NO REFUNDS SHALL BE MADE ONCE GOODS ARE SOLD
- SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
All products once purchased are non refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 5 days from the date of product delivery if it fullfils any of the following conditions :
- Sold in a physicall damaged condition.
- Has missing parts or accessories.
- Product packaging not opened, product not used.
Cancellation Before shipping :
In case of cancelation of order before shipping full amount will be refunded to the customer and credited through the same payment instrument.
Cancellation after shipping :
For cancellation requests that comes in after the product has been shipped, a shipping and handling fee of Rs:100 will be deducted from the refundable amount and the balance will be credited through the same payment instrument.

How to return a product
- You must ship it back to us by yourself after your return request is accepted by Dr.Tijo’s.
- Since India Post is our shipping partner you must return your product through India Post as a registered parcel.
- We will not exchange the product if your return request is not accepted by Dr.Tijo’s.
